The stable is having a good run at the moment with a double last weekend and some nice runners entered over the coming days. The stable currently sits 13th on the Trainers Premiership with a strike rate of 14.12%.

HIPSTER GIRL (pictured below) returned from a spell with a commanding victory at Mornington last Friday. It was an overdue win for the daughter of Nicconi who ran 4th in last years VRC Oaks. "It was great to get the monkey off her back. She has come back bigger and better than ever and she will now head to a 1700m race on Oaks Day which won't be beyond her" said Warren.

Hopefully some of our owners had a wager on Maconsilia last Sunday when he got up at 50-1 in the $50k Stayers Series Final at Sale. It was Maconsilia's second win this preparation since transferring to us from the Peter Gelegotis stable. It was a terrific result all round and fantastic to get a nice winner for Brendan Murray who has been a great supporter of the stable over the last few years.

In form staying mare UNLAWFUL (pictured below) heads to the Valley tonight looking for her third straight win. "She has done well since Cranbourne, her confidence is sky high and she loves these staying trips so she's not without a live chance tonight" said Warren.

ORVASSA also lines up at the Valley. She is a talented filly but has drawn a sticky gate tonight in a race with plenty of speed. She looks more a place chance as she is likely drift back and be hitting the line late in a strong field.

The stable has two good chances on Sunday at Mornington with MAGNORMOUS a hot favourite in Race 1. He has drawn wide but he will roll forward and be hard to beat. Clanbrooke Racing have had a fantastic 12 months and will be hoping that their kiwi mare RISQUE BUSINESS can return to the winners circle. She loves Mornington and gets her chance to put a win on the board after an encouraging first up run.

We have two horses running in the 1600m maiden at Ballarat. PARTY MOVES was expected to go well at Benalla last start but performed well below par. She wasn't herself that day and it may pay to put a line through the run. She will go head to head with MATCH DAY who ran super last start when beaten by Bullish Stock who has since ran well in stakes company.

KHAL DROGO is our final runner at Ballarat. He is a horse which we can't work much on the track so he spends most days at the beach or on the treadmill which he thrives on. He is coming up for his 8th run of the preparation but still looks fantastic and is sure to run another good race.
