It may pay to forget Sang Choi Bao's last run at Caulfield. He was dragged back to last by Steven Arnold in a slowly run race and was given little or no chance of winning. He still managed to run one of the fastest last 200m splits so his run wasn't as bad as it looked!

We have sprung the changes ahead of tomorrow's big race at Flemington. He goes back to 1000m, Froggy Newitt goes on and the blinkers have been added to his gear so look out! It's great to have Froggy back on home soil after his 6 month stint in Singapore. He is great on horses like Sang Choi Bao and Danger Close which have a tendency to over race..he seems to relax them better the most jockeys. Let's hope he can weave his magic tomorrow.

Violent Snow is one tough filly. She made her racetrack debut back in December and is still going strong some 7 months later. She has had a couple of little freshen ups along the way but has thrived on racing and training.

We gave her 2 weeks in the paddock following her excellent second at Caulfield and she has freshened up beautifully ahead of tomorrow's clash. She trialled nicely last week and is spot on for tomorrow.

She faces some smart fillies in the form of Northroza and Kaizen who look to have our measure on paper. However, racing is a funny game and Violent Snow will be breathing down their necks and ready to pounce if they have any little chinks in their armour!

It's always great seeing the new crop of yearlings go through the system. This years crop is full of quality and they are well on their way to becoming fully fledged racehorses.

Our Pentire x Blinding colt is arriving next month from New Zealand and I am sure you will all be impressed when you see him. His mother was a Group 1 performer in New Zealand and this colt is her first foal.

Our Northern Meteor colt is a beauty and has impressed everyone during his educational preparation. He broke in with Clanbrooke Racing'sForeplay colt who looks a strong precocious type. Shares are available in both colts so check the website for details.

Our Savabeel and Strategic fillies are ticking along nicely and will be allowed to stride up the straight for the first time in the coming weeks which will be exciting.

The two yearlings which are the most advanced are our Snitzel and Testa Rossa fillies. They have completed their first proper preparation and jumped out of the practice gates at Mornington this week. They were both purchased at this years Magic Millions Sale and will be given every chance to take part in next years $2.5million Magic Millions Classic!

Click on the image below to see a behind the scenes video of the Snitzel filly. We will be doing a similar video on all our yearlings this year so the owners can see their development.
